Scatter the penetrating oil on to the U-joint cap region and left the u joint cap alone for 10 to 15 minutes. A small collar is used on the top of the axle to make the U-joint to come down. Make sure that the yoke does not come in contact with the top side of U –joint in this process. Last Few Steps

Repeat the whole operation for other axis of U-Joint. By removing the last cap, the remaining U- joint can also be removed. After cleaning the C-clip areas and surface of the cap, try to take away the caps from u-joint axis. Now, the yoke can now be placed inside the cap.
