New for 2004 is optional 4.0 liter SOHC V6 engine that not only delivers more power, but also emits low emissions. The new engine can achieve 1 mpg more mileage than the available 4.0 liter V6 version.

It has the bore size of 87.4 mm, stroke of 94.0 mm and compression ratio of 9.7 The fuel tank in the engine has the capacity to fill up to 17.0 gallons of unleaded fuel.
